IT Liaison

Key Projects/Responsibilities:

• Assisted in business / development – development operations cross-team implementation and deployment of publishing and CCMS integration capabilities for training content on-boarding to an existing Tridion Docs solution
• Technical liaison for Smartlogic Semaphore to Elastic Search ingestion and integration in the context of the next generation DITA CCMS program and deliverables
• Provided architecture consulting and assistance to RWS as well as an internally developed content provisioner in operationalization, issue resolution as well as in an IT asset decommissioning
• Lead representative of the content and repository teams into the IT delivery development and QA teams
• Assisted in business / IT cross-organizational project in the implementation and deployment of the next generation CCM solution for HPI Technical Product information
• Designed and worked with IT resources on the HP company split system architecture and integration layers for the Cheetah solution
• Deployed and configured an SFTP server and its applications to support a product specifications transform solution
• Assisted in the definition of the Cheetah and ECM solution roadmaps and planning for upgrades
• Deployed the Antenna House Regression Testing System for automated PDF output file testing
• Configured and deployed a SharePoint and Borland CaliberRM based issue / enhancement tracking system
• Engaged in software build acceptance testing including code check-out from the source repository (Subversion, Borland StarTeam) and execution of an ANT build script
• Validation tested all tool version upgrades, including: Java SDK, Arbortext Editor, Antenna House XSL Formatter, Adobe Acrobat Distiller and Vasont CMS
• Designed and implemented a Windows global group structure to enable business control over system access
