Key Projects/Responsibilities:

• Performed new user and advanced topic instructor-led trainings for English development and localization users
• Trained global new users in the various XML and DITA CCMS solutions via a mixed synchronous and asynchronous virtual model
• Instructed new users on the larger CCMS-centric solutions, including necessary processes, reuse strategies, and accepted conventions
• Performed needs analysis by individual user-group and mentored on advanced topics, focusing on streamlining existing processes, finding “trouble spots”, and maximizing efficiency within the CCMS solutions
